Job Description - Permanent
Our client located in downtown Toronto is looking for an Accounting Clerk to help complete their accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, wire payments, approving budgets, entering invoices, ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of company accounting records. The Accounting Clerk would also with monthly and quarterly reporting, assist with accounts payable and receivable when necessary. Strong organizational, and attention to detail are a must for a successful candidate. The perfect candidate for this position is a team player who would like to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-3 years of Accounting experience
- Previous work experience using of QuickBooks Software and Microsoft Office are required
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Hard working, multi-tasker
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
