EToD is actively recruiting for an incredible VP of Professional Development. The primary focus of this role is to build a solid reputation in the industry as a leader in employee development, retention, recruitment and placement for a close client of ours. This broad and diverse management role is responsible for overseeing and executing the highest level of professional services and operational support and effectively teaming with team members and key corporate partners. The VP of Professional Development must also be an effective communicator who possesses the highest level of integrity, is adept at personal dynamics, and in managing matters that are both sensitive and confidential.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting the management, career development and retention of the junior professional team for our client. You will be working alongside and coordinating with internal and external departments. You will also be accountable for building and retaining a team of highly qualified, diverse and successful junior professionals.
- Undergraduate or Graduate business degree preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Investment & Corporate Banking preferred
- Strong managerial skills
- Energetic, motivated, solutions-oriented to retain high performing talent
- Ability to interact with senior business people at management, and non-executive levels of the organization
